Even the the Sega Genesis Version I own has less flaws.Really really bad UI at the Gym (where you upgrade your player's armor).Actually this is a total downgrade from the original version. If you are interested in this game either try buying it from ebay or use an emulator to play it. What an excitement when I heard that a HD-remake of this classic gonna hit the Steam store!The disappointment was even bigger once I heard that if would have only local multiplayer and not online multiplayer!. Quite good fun, but not as stylish or challenging as the original game. Disappointing, but still worth playing if you are nostalgic for the original Speedball 2 from 1990. Actually the gameplay is good, even if you never heard of the original. I'd rather play this than Rocket League.. Speedball 2 provides few retro thrills but remains undeveloped. It has zero additional team features, including functioning online play, which results in a lack of replay value.. Played 35 minutes and it crashed after i beat Steel Fury on career mode and it keeps crashing when i try to reload my career game.
